Antoinette Poisson was formed by a trio of art conservators out of a shared passion for the interior designs of the 18th century. They have amassed an archive of original designs from which they have created a range of homewares, produced to the highest standards by craftsmen in Paris. This is a sophisticated and versatile pattern that suits all interior styles.

Struggling to find what they were looking for, the trio set up Antoinette Poisson in 2012, with the aim of bringing forgotten 18th-century wallpaper techniques back to life. The label was named after Louis XV’s mistress Madame de Pompadour, adopting the middle and maiden names of the 18th-century doyenne of decorative arts.
