Sia Taylor trained as a sculptor before turning to the intricate craft of jewellery making. Her pieces are light and delicate, reflecting the forms and patterns found in nature. Here, handmade gold dots are evenly spaced in an arc along the length of a fine gold chain. Simple and harmonious, it is lovely on its own, stunning layered with other dot necklaces of differing lengths.
Sia Taylor started her creative life as a sculptor, but couldn’t escape the feeling that she was working to the wrong scale. “I wanted to create more intricate, delicate pieces,” she explains. Whilst completing her Masters in Sculpture at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art, Sia began taking jewellery classes.Visit Designer Page
