Sia Taylor’s handcrafted jewellery takes its cue from nature’s miniature creations – seeds, buds, drops of rain. In this necklace, the petals of a daisy are cast in gold and dispersed along a finely strung chain. Their subtle, organic forms are true to the endless variety of the living world and hang against the skin reflecting a shimmering light. Both whimsical and elegant, the piece showcases the depth and detail for which Sia Taylor’s jewellery is renowned.

Sia Taylor started her creative life as a sculptor, but couldn’t escape the feeling that she was working to the wrong scale. “I wanted to create more intricate, delicate pieces,” she explains. Whilst completing her Masters in Sculpture at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art, Sia began taking jewellery classes.
