This charming fabric features a meandering pattern of twisting stems and sprays of flowers. Lively and yet at ease, or as the makers say ‘allegro ma non troppo’, is the mood of this delicate print. Named after the graceful courtly dance, it is perfect for cultivating a feeling of bonhomie in any space. All of the pieces in this collection by Antoinette Poisson are inspired by historical patterns, and this one is available in two colours – a subtle mustard, and a deep luminous blue.

About Antoinette Poisson
Struggling to find what they were looking for, the trio set up Antoinette Poisson in 2012, with the aim of bringing forgotten 18th-century wallpaper techniques back to life. The label was named after Louis XV’s mistress Madame de Pompadour, adopting the middle and maiden names of the 18th-century doyenne of decorative arts.
