Antoinette Poisson was formed by a trio of art conservators out of a shared passion for the interior designs of the 18th century. They have amassed an archive of original designs from which they have created a range of homewares, produced to the highest standards by craftsmen in Paris. This is a versatile pattern that suits all interior styles.

Struggling to find what they were looking for, the trio set up Antoinette Poisson in 2012, with the aim of bringing forgotten 18th-century wallpaper techniques back to life. The label was named after Louis XV’s mistress Madame de Pompadour, adopting the middle and maiden names of the 18th-century doyenne of decorative arts.
