Parisian ceramicist Arielle de Gasquet is known for her elegant pieces that combine Japanese influence with French style. Her hand-thrown pieces exhibit simplicity and balance and are enhanced with delicate glazes. This dark grey teapot – théière – and tea bowl set makes a beautiful design tableau but is intended for use.
It was while living in New York a decade ago that Parisian, Arielle de Gasquet fell into ceramics – “you could say that ceramics found me”.
